Marcus is a PhD student studying under the supervision of Professor Lloyd Hollenberg. The title of his thesis is “The implementation of diamond colour centres in quantum communication devices”. Marcus’s work involves the theoretical study of diamond colour centres, their properties as single photon sources and their interaction with their local environment.
