Dr Gajewski graduated from The University of Melbourne with a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. During her PhD she worked towards the enzymatic characterisation of a tumour suppressor protein. Following her PhD Joanna worked for several years in science communication before moving into a sales and marketing role with a scientific equipment supplier. More recently Joanna worked in a management role with a specialist science communication company before joining QCV in late 2006. Joanna also has an MBA and brings to the QCV a scientific background with experience in marketing, communications and business management.
